Uyo Business School
is a hybrid institution of higher learning with the mandate to train, examine and certify Entrepreneurs and Artisans of all categories for proficiency and cognitive manpower development.
It has acquired all the necessary certifications that safeguard her existence and operations as a legitimate Educational Institution that has its business premises in Uyo the Akwa Ibom State capital. Currently, the school is an accredited body for the training and examination of COMPUTER MARSHAL candidates for the award of CMA+ degree.

In partnership with the federal government licensed Recruiter Agency (RA), the school further gained the approval through Ministry of Education to train artisans and entrepreneurs on various trades and convert the skills into Competency Based Education Certification (COBEC), hence, the formation of a Business Data Bank to store, process and send out to respective industries and government parastatals, list of competent artisans and executive workers with skill to deliver excellently in service to such institutions in need of competent labour force.
In essence, Uyo Business School takes academic theories and apply them to real-life situation in order to proffer solutions to the teeming problems. We mold and craft people into astute decision makers, business professionals and top-notch managers who can readily navigate business uncertainties and radiate through the pessimism of risk and change. To achieve this goal, the school has designed a globally recognized degree – Master of Business Advancement (MBA+) which has been a registered trademark of the Uyo Business School by the federal government of Nigeria through federal ministry of Trade and Industry to identify and decorate the core business handlers and promoters in Nigeria.

CERTIFICATION
In consonance with the Nigerian Federal Government provision for Advance Education Certificate (AEC), the Uyo Business School of Competency and Professionalism also coordinates, mobilizes and trains her candidates to be certified by the government through National Business and Technical Examinations Board (NABTEB)and other government recognized institutions at different angles and levels of certifications. The Competency Based Education Certificate (COBEC), Professional Diploma (PD); Computer Marshal (CMA+) and Master of Business Advancement (MBA+).
